3. Service Terms

• Grooming Prices may vary depending on the actual weight of the animal, additional charges may apply.
• All Pets must be fully vaccinated.
• Cancellation must be done 24 hours before the appointment time.
• Certain prices depend on the actual size of the pet, booking the wrong size of the service may result in extra charges at the time of our visit.

4. Booking and Payments
When you book a grooming session through Vroom Groom, you agree to pay the quoted price at the time of booking. Payments must be made through the platform using the available payment methods. Vroom Groom reserves the right to modify prices and services without prior notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.

6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your pet and ensuring that your pet is safe and secure during the grooming session. Vroom Groom and its groomers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by pets that are not properly restrained or managed.

7. Groomer Responsibilities
Groomers are expected to provide services in a professional and humane manner. They reserve the right to refuse service if a pet is deemed too aggressive or unmanageable. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information, including contact details and payment information, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.

9. Modifications to Terms and Services
Vroom Groom reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Vroom Groom platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
